Metropolitan Hospital was one of three major hospitals in the highly competitive Grand Rapids health care market. Metropolitan Hospital saw the opportunity to assume more leadership by developing a new hospital in a one-of-a kind health care village.
The Solution
Metropolitan Hospital became Metro Health. Metro Health has a new vision, image and attitude communicated through dozens of media channels to internal and external audiences.
