Production manager. Traffic manager. Glue. That is Ade. There are plenty of things to do, and she makes sure they get done and everyone knows who needs to do what. Sound easy? It isn’t. But she makes it look that way. She also works closely with each person participating in a project making sure deadlines are met and quality meets our TIG standards. That’s what she does and she’s been doing that (and doing it well) for many years. And she’s been recognized for it: she was the first woman awarded the Silver Medal for Ad Person of the Year from the Ad Club of West Michigan. Until then, the award was known as Ad Man of the Year. That deserves a you go girl.

Ade and her husband, John have four of the most beautiful granddaughters in the world, thanks to her daughter, Stephanie. Her favorite travel destinations include Hawaii, Europe, and the British Virgin Islands. Oh — and she loves time sheets.
