Got a question? Ask Amanda. More often than not, she’ll have the answer or point you towards it. And as a former news producer, it’s obvious Amanda can handle more tasks at one time than anyone should need to. As our Operations Manager, she works with clients, reads resumes, deals with insurance companies, and still finds time to eat lunch (occasionally). Oh, and not to mention, she’s a working mom. So juggling comes easy to her. And when she has time, (which we’re still not sure where she finds it), she loves to run to relax and unwind.

What are you most proud of in your career?

Balance. Being able to raise two beautiful daughters while helping to grow the best company I’ve every worked for.

Which famous person would you choose to play your part in a made-for-tv-movie about TIG?

Molly Ringwald.

Favorite ad campaign of all time?

I love the Campaign for Real Beauty by Dove. I see my daughters, my sister, my mother, my friends and myself in their advertising. And I’ve actually started to buy more of their products in order to support what they are doing for women. As a mother, I want my girls to grow up seeing real women as role models — not just the pretty ones.
