Don’t be fooled by Layne’s youthful appearance and easygoing nature. Sure, she’s a recent graduate of Hope College, but Layne is already running some of our largest accounts — from the development of the creative brief, to the acquisition and organization of research, to estimating and invoicing. Layne makes sure the client and the details are taken care of. She also makes sure everyone understands where we are on a project, where we are on the budget and where we are in the big picture. She modestly calls it crossing t’s and dotting i’s, but we know it’s hard work and good work. In fact, when all goes well, we should just say, hey, you pulled a Layne!

What are you most proud of in your career?

I get excited when I hear clients tell us that we get it. It would be easy to just throw ideas and marketing plans at a problem, but when we as a team understand a problem, a need, a goal… that is when great things happen. I am most proud of how this team gets it on a daily basis.

What’s your favorite office supply, and why?

I love Post-Its!!! They force you to be brief, you can stick ’em and re-stick ’em, and they come in all sorts of colors!

Keyboard shortcuts…waste of time, or can’t-live-without?
