Every time he reaches that bottom floor, his decision is made: that day’s lunch location.

It’s not just his talent for the craft that makes him indispensable; it’s also his genuinely caring nature. He once had a 2-for-1 coupon to a Thai restaurant. Not only did he offer to share with a freelancer who happened to be in the office that day, but he went as far as to offer the free meal to the freelancer. No 50/50. That’s why Scott is such a wonderful guy.
